@RyanPropz NBA Ladder Play - 2/3

It is ladder time! Now that everyone has gotten comfortable with the 3 step ladder plays, I am gonna back it down to a 2 step play. At the end of the article, I will explain how I wager these. It is purely a suggestion. I am not saying it is the absolute best way to bet it, it is just what works for me. Gonna be looking towards Anthony Edwards in a terrific away matchup tonight. 

Gonna be cheering for Edwards behind the arc. There are several motives I have found behind this play. I will start with home/road splits. Anthony is another player that demonstrates eye popping differences in his play away compared to at home. 

• Home: 19.6 points per game 41.6%/34.5%/78.8% 
• Away: 24.7 points per game 46.4/37.6%/81.6% 

He also shoots more attempts from behind the arc on the road, and makes more of them. He has hit 4+ threes in 7 of his last 10 on the road, and 5+ in 5 of the last 10.

The next motive is his matchup. Detroit allows the 5th most 3s to small forwards. They allow the second worst 3 point % overall. My favorite part, when we narrow it down to the last 15 days, Detroit has allowed THE most 3s to small forwards.

D’angelo Russell may return tonight, but his presence has never affected Anthony’s volume. He is a high confidence player with the ultimate green light and will be looking to bounce back after 2 subpar games (both at home).

As far as wagering I usually put ~.65 units on the over, and ~.35 units on the next step of the ladder. For example, if you have $30 units, put $20 on the over and $10 on the next step up.
