Jayden Daniels’ historic rookie season continued on Saturday Night when he and the Washington Commanders upset the number one seed Detroit Lions in an offensive shootout, 45-31. The Commanders’ offense will come into this week’s NFC Conference Championship against the Philadelphia Eagles full of confidence and will be looking at the Eagles’ performances. The Eagles’ pass defense was the best during the regular season, only allowing 174.2 passing yards per game, but in their two playoff games so far they have allowed an average of 243 passing yards per game and allowed their most passing yards of the season just last week (324). If Daniels and the Commanders continue to excel in the passing game and turn this game into a throwing shootout again, the Eagles may struggle having not shown to be an elite passing offense all season. If this game were to be an offensive shootout then we think the Washington Commanders will be able to outscore and upset the Philadelphia Eagles.

The only thing stopping the Kansas City Chiefs from reaching their fifth Super Bowl in six seasons is the Buffalo Bills and quarterback Josh Allen, who despite being 4-1 against the Chiefs in the regular season has yet to beat them in the playoffs (0-3). For Buffalo to pull out the upset this week they will have to continue their offensive excellence all season long. In the regular season the Bills were one of only three teams to average over 30 points per game (30.9 PPG, 3rd most) and they have backed this up going into the playoffs, scoring 31 in the Wildcard Round and 27 in the Divisional Round. The Chiefs during the regular season only scored 30 points twice during the season and didn’t overly impress in their divisional round against the Houston Texans, only just eclipsing 200 total offensive yards. If the Buffalo Bills can once again score at least 30 points this week in Kansas City then we think that it may be too much for the Chiefs’ offense to keep up with.
