@KeepTheJuice21 Home Run Parlay & Pick - 6/26

Seattle Mariners @ Los Angeles Angels

Noah Syndergaard has been a real mixed bag this year. But it seems clear at least that he’s a better pitcher at home. Compared to his overall ERA of 3.86 and record of 4-6, at home he’s down to a 2.39 ERA and a 3-2 record. He’s taking on the Mariners who fit a similar narrative, struggling away from home with 21 of their 39 losses.

Marco Gonzales will start for the Mariners and has improved lately, but not enough to really convince much. He hasn’t faced a team with the hitting quality of the Angels lately, with his last 4 starts coming against Oakland, Boston, Minnesota and Texas. The Mariners bullpen isn’t good enough to make up for it either, so unless he makes it through 7 innings, the advantage is strongly with the Angels.

Home Run Parlay

The big man on the south side kicks off the Sunday parlay with a nice matchup against Jordan Lyles. Lyles throws a hard ball and has struggled in away games this year with a 6.7 ERA. He’s also given up 10 home runs on the road alone. Abreu is the best option on the White Sox who don’t have much of a power hitting team, but he’s a threat every time he steps up to the plate. Brandon Drury has taken a huge step up in power hitting this season and it’s paid off for the Reds. He’ll start the game facing Anthony DeSclafani who has been questionable to say the least. They won’t be afraid to pull him but if Drury manages to get a second or third at bat against the starter, I’m expecting fireworks.
