These two have met twice this season both times with the visiting team coming away with the win. This will be the first matchup with Harden on the 76ers which obviously adds a dimension to the offense. The Bucks don’t have any huge holes but they have struggled to defend against guard-heavy offenses. Harden has been streaky lately but in the games where he struggles, Embiid has picked up the slack. Maxey is also capable of running this offense and has played some of his best games against the best opponents. Look for the guards to step up in this one if Giannis guards Embiid most of the game. There’s big upside on the pick if Giannis can’t play, although he is probable.

The Bulls are desperate for a get right game and this could be just the ticket. After losing a tight one at MSG last night when the shots just wouldn’t fall late in the game, they’ll play the last of a 5 game road trip in Washington. The Bulls won the two previous matchups with the Wizards, one that ended close and one that did not. In both of those games, Kuzma was the most important piece of the Wizards offense and they will remain without him for this game. The Bulls are now only 1 game above the 7 seed and a potential play-in game and face a tough schedule for other 6 remaining games, including playing the Heat, Bucks, Celtics and Twolves. In fact, the Wizards are the only non-playoff team left on their schedule. If this Bulls team is what we think they are, they’ll need to take care of the winnable games like this one.
