Laddering 3 pointers is always an adventure, but few NBA markets provide better value so let’s have some fun tonight.

The Pistons face the Hornets tonight in Charlotte, and I think Lamelo Ball is set up for a good night. Firstly, in the last meeting between these teams on 2/11 Lamelo drained 7 threes. An encouraging start! Melo is also in the midst of his best 3 pointer month. He has 3 games with 5+ so far this month and has been averaging 3.2 in 10 games so far this month. He’s been increasing his volume lately as well with 55 attempts in the last 6 games he’s played. Detroit is also dead last in 3 point percentage against.

Melo should be riding high going against the team he just dismantled from behind the arc, and I’m betting him to have a repeat performance.

Here's how I'll be betting the ladder:

Over 2.5 threes +106 .5 units, 4+ +290 .3 units & 5+ +740 .2 units

Ryan is playing this on FanDuel but if you live in New Jersey you can bet this on bet365 and they almost have always have more options than FanDuel for the ladder plays.

For example, on today's ladder play the maximum number of threes you can bet on LaMelo to make at FanDuel is 5+.

But on bet365 you can get also get odds on him to reach 6+ @ +900 points and 7+ @ +1500 (a milestone he's hit 4 times this season!).
