The Super Bowl is the most wagered on event of the year, and provides many betting angles and novelty props. You can bet on anything from the coin toss, to the color of the Gatordade, and even cross-sports events on Super Bowl Sunday.

We are less than a week before the big game, and aside from the usual player and game props, sportsbooks have a plethora of betting options and will most likely add more as the week goes on. Here are some of those props that caught my eye.

If it ain't broke, don't try and fix it. Kupp has achieved this mark in a remarkable 11 of 20 games this season, including each of the last 2 playoff games. We all know about Kupp's big play ability, but he also sees plenty of red zone targets. 33.3% of the Rams total red zone targets to be exact. I see no reason for the Rams not to go to Kupp often in this game, and this is a very generous number.

Even though both kickers are outstanding, you never know what can happen in a Super Bowl. A safety, missed extra point, or a missed field goal can lead to the need for a team to attempt a 2 point conversion. Moreover, I expect both teams to be aggressive, especially McVay, who coached a poor game in his prior Super Bowl appearance. So don't be surprised if you see an early 2 pt attempt in this game.

I make this a play every year, but like it more in this year's Super Bowl. Both these teams can score points, I think this is going to be a back and forth, entertaining game and I don't see either team pulling too far away - especially after Cincinnati dug themselves a huge hole in the first half of the AFC Championship.

As mentioned, I'm expecting this game to be a bit of a roller coaster ride, with both offenses exchanging blows early and often. Although both defenses have flexed at times this postseason, I see this game truly being a coming out party for two of the NFL's next potentially elite QBs - Joe Burrow and Matt Stafford. I expect each of them to rise to the occasion, slinging it early and often, making a touchdown for both teams in each half very attainable.

Gadget plays have become a staple on Super Bowl Sunday ("You want Philly Philly?"). So don't be surprised to see a trick play by either team as Kupp and Boyd both have pass attempts this season. I think there is a good chance we see a pass completion from someone other than Stafford and Burrow.

Like betting at the roulette wheel, picking the coin toss is the quickest way to get some instant gratification on a Super Bowl play - while also potentially setting the tone for your game action. All time, Tails has a 29-26 lead, but Heads has won 3 of the last 4, including last year. Not much you can analyze on the toss - but I'll go with the law of averages here and make Tails the play.

If you're like me, and see this game playing out as more of an offensive showcase, I love the value in this play. Both Burrow and Stafford threw for four touchdowns twice this year, with Burrow doing it in back to back must-win games - week 16 against the Ravens and week 17 against the Kansas City Chiefs. I don't see this being a slow-paced, run focused, clock control type of game. I think we are going to see two quarterbacks, peaking at the right time, that won't be afraid to go throw for throw and turn this game into a shootout. I'll take the 4:1 odds on two confident gunslingers.
