Capper Penguin's Thursday Tennis Bet of the Day- 8/31

Capper Penguin has locked in a bet for the U.S. Open this afternoon!

This line is mid priced as it’s 19.5 on most books. Gael Monfils has a very strong serve that can win him most of his serve games and is a top tier player that has been playing well on hard courts beating tough opponents. Both of these guys should win at least 1 set leaving it up to Gael to win games even if he loses the set. He’s won 5 of his last 7 only losing to Djokovic and Sinner. 

He won 23 games in round 1 and should do something similar today. The last time they faced each other was also on a hard court and Rublev won 7-6, 7-6 and I’m expecting another tight match today.
