Same Game Parlay (SGP)

Blake Snell, OVER 6.5 strikeouts at +102

Toronto has only struck out 64 times in 11 postseason games, but Snell has been pitching out of his mind in the playoffs with 28 strikeouts in three starts. In his regular-season start vs. the Blue Jays, he struck out ten in five innings.

First 5 Innings Result, Dodgers ML at -118

Toronto’s lineup has been hitting extremely well, but Snell has allowed just six hits in three postseason starts, and four of them came in the first game. He’s going to shut the Blue Jays down through five (at least).

Trey Yesavage, UNDER 5.5 Strikeouts at -132

The Dodgers have been averaging around nine strikeouts per game, but I’m not confident Yesavage will be in the game long enough to go OVER this TOTAL against a good Dodgers lineup (he has yet to go six innings in a game).

Top Player Props

Mookie Betts, To Record a Run at +100

The Dodgers shortstop has 12 hits and four walks to his name in the playoffs. If there is one player fans can expect to get on base and be in position to score a run, it’s Betts.

Shohei Ohtani, to record 2+ bases at -120

After watching his home run parade in the NLCS, it would not be shocking to see the Bue Jays walk Ohtani twice (maybe more).

Analyst’s Take / Expert Note

When it comes to the World Series, you want to be careful and not overlook any aspect of either team. In the Series, both teams will be very good and capable of winning. But these games often come down to who can make the clutch play when it is needed most.

For Game One, it is going to be Blake Snell.

The Dodgers have to be concerned about the Blue Jays' offensive prowess in the postseason. But Snell is the kind of player who can take over a game on his own from the mound. He did so in Game One of the NLCS, holding the Brewers to one hit over eight innings, and he’ll do it again tonight.
