Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes both have insane records coming off of a loss and I believe we're in for a shootout this evening. This could potentially be their last head to head matchup ever and I believe they are going to perform like it. Starting with Brady, almost all of his offensive weapons are back and he's needed it in the worst way. Mike Evans, Julio Jones and Chris Godwin are all probable and I see the Buccaneers putting up at least 4 touchdowns vs a vulnerable Chiefs secondary. Brady and the Buccs are on another level at home averaging about 31 PPG between 2021 and 2022. Combine Brady at home, a fully loaded WR crew and a vulnerable Chiefs secondary and the Buccs should be good for 28+ points tonight. The Buccs also dropped 30 and 32 points following their last two losses.
On the other side, I believe Patty Mahomes and the Chiefs offense will keep up. The Chiefs struggled vs a very motivated Colts team last week and will be looking to bounce back like they always do. Patty Mahomes has a great away split and the Chiefs scored 32 PPG in their L6 away. In general the Chiefs offense has looked good besides their last game vs the Colts, but they've been putting up a ton of points. The Buccs defense has been solid all year, but no Hicks and they haven't faced an offense like the Chiefs.
With favorable weather I am pumped for a shoot out between two QB GOATS, give me the over.
