He’s already scored 4 TDs through 3 weeks as a backup (tied for league lead), and while I didn’t have that on my Bingo card, I feel it needs to be immediately added after Head Coach Dan Campbell’s media comments today, which revealed: the team’s #1 RB D’Andre Swift is “probably out” this week with an injury, and their best receiver and top red zone target, Amon-Ra St. Brown, has also been officially ruled out.
Given these injury circumstances, Williams’ current form, the matchup (Seahawks defense ranks bottom 11 in most Football Outsiders DVOA tables), and the fact the Lions are home favorites, this Williams TD prop is oozing with value at -109.
Most books already dropped this down to the -130/-140 range, but you can still get -109 at Caesars Sportsbook (at least as of the time I’m typing this). I locked it in there to win a unit and recommend doing the same (bet down to -130).
