FlashPicks' NFL Week 14 DFS Guide - 12/11

There are two keys when it comes to taking down big field tournaments. One is game stacking - this means playing multiple players from one game as you believe that game will have one of the highest totals on the slate. Stacking gives you the best chance to take advantage of that high total. The second is finding the low ownership plays that end up exploding. You will shoot up the contest leaderboard if you have a player at 1 percent ownership with 20- 30 points. I will be using these rules to provide you with my favorite game stack and two to three sneaky low ownership plays (we can’t predict exact ownership but I will be targeting players that are projected to be under 10% ownership.

This is just the clear choice on this slate. 51.5 O/U total is the highest on the slate and we don't have to worry about weather as it's being played in a dome? Book it. 

We have two awful defenses when it comes to the passing game as well. Vikings give up the second most points to wide receivers while the lions give up the 4th most. I expect both sides to be slinging the ball all game as they should. I don't think you can fade this game which is why im writing up what will probably be a chalky game. The way we can get a different and maybe some lower ownership is by playing some the lower owned wide receivers like DJ Chark and or Adam Thielen they will obviously be much lower owned when compared to Jetta and Amon Ra. I love this spot. We need the savings for the vikings/lions stack and this is one of the best spots to find it. CEH is obviously out which opens things up for Mckinnon he had 8 rushes for 50 yards and a receiver touchdown last week in a loss to Cincinnati. This week they face the Broncos where I expect them to be leading the whole game and Mckinnon should see a lot more carries. I would think about 12- 15 especially if they take the lead big early. Even if he doesn't - we really just need one TD to make value here. Love this as the game script should be in his favour.

Travis Homer  -  $5,800

Not a sneaky play a MUST play. Double check to confirm Dallas and Walker are out (they both are not expected to play). Homer should find the endzone at least once. Just a lock - he will be chalk but you have to eat it in this match-up.
