Dolphins-Colts, UNDER 47.5

Both teams are just a mess. No one has a healthy secondary, but neither quarterback can be counted on to exploit this. Indianapolis has issues on the offensive line after losing a couple of guys in the offseason, and Tua took such a big step backwards last year.

Both have solid defensive lines that will control an ugly game, keeping the score low.

Bengals-Browns, UNDER 48.5

Cincinnati’s offense has the potential to go OVER this total on their own. But with their notoriously slow starts to the season and Myles Garrett breathing down Joe Burrow’s neck all day, don’t count on it. The Bengals' defense is nothing special, but the Browns' offense is awful.

This score will not crack 30 points, let alone 48.5.

Texans ML (vs. Rams) at +140

Matthew Stafford’s health is too big a question mark against a really good Houston defense to consider taking the Rams over Houston. If he does play, he hasn’t done anything throughout camp. He’ll need to knock a lot of rust off with a solid pass rush breathing down his neck.

With his top wide receivers healthy, I like C.J. Stroud to have a day and lead the Texans to victory.
