In the FA Cup Third Round Replays, Brentford took on fellow Premier League side Wolves again. Nathan Collins opened the scoring in the 13th minute but Nelson Semedo equalised for Wolves before halftime. Neal Maupay regained the lead for Brentford but a goal from Nathan Freaser took it to extra time where a penalty from Matheus Cunha gave Wolves the 3 - 2 win.

Back in the Premier League, Brentford hosted Nottingham Forest. Danilo gave Forest the early lead in the third minute but a goal from Ivan Toney levelled it before halftime.
