After watching France play in their first World Cup match I couldn’t wait to play this for match two. Mbappe shot the ball 7 times vs Australia, but six of them were either blocked or missed. The volume is what I love because he could’ve easily had 5 SOT if they were not blocked. Mbappe had 4 SOT in his last game vs Denmark and although he only had 1 vs Denmark the game prior he left the game in the 50’ min due to injury and was on pace for the cover. He’s covered in his last 4 games prior to last game and averaging 5.2 SPG in his last 5. It’s important to note that in his last World Cup he didn’t cover his line in game one of groups and covered in game two.
