PSG, on the other hand, currently sit top of Ligue 1. In 23 games, PSG have 16 wins, six draws and one loss which leaves them on 54 points, 11 points ahead of Brest and 13 points ahead of Monaco.

As usual, PSG have been on fire in front of goal this season. In 23 games, PSG have scored 54 goals. PSG have also been underwhelming defensively this season, conceding 19 goals and keeping nine clean sheets, only the third best record in Ligue 1.

Back in Ligue 1, Monaco faced Nice. Denis Zakaria’s first goal gave Monaco the early lead but a penalty from Gaetan Laborde made it level at halftime. Zakaria’s second goal regained the lead for Monaco but Nice equalised again, this time through Evann Guessand. Aleksandr Golovin’s goal secured the 3 - 2 win for Monaco over ten-man Nice, who had Dante sent off.

Goncalo Ramos scored in the 92nd minute to secure the 3 - 1 win for PSG.
Back in Ligue 1, PSG took on Lille. Yusuf Yazici gave Lille the lead in the sixth minute but Ramos equalized just four minutes later and an own goal from Alexsandro gave PSG the lead at halftime. Randal Kolo Muani scored late in the game to grab the 3 - 1 win for PSG.
In the first leg of the Champions League Round of 16, PSG hosted Spanish side Real Sociedad. Mbappe and Bradley Barcola both scored in the second half to give PSG the 2 - 0 win.

PSG has been dominant this season in Ligue 1, and this will likely continue against Monaco. However, this fixture usually sees both sides on the scoresheet, something that is likely to happen this weekend. We predict: AS Monaco 1-2 PSG
