Form Guide

In their last five games in all competitions, West Ham have two wins, two draws and one loss.

In the second leg of the Europa League Round of 16, West Ham took on Freiburg following the 1 - 0 loss in the first leg. The Hammers bounced back with a brace from Mohammed Kudus and goals from Lucas Paqueta, Jarrod Bowen and Aaron Cresswell in a 5 - 0 win for West Ham.

Back in the Premier League, West Ham hosted Aston Villa in a controversial affair. Michail Antonio gave The Hammers the 1 - 0 lead at halftime but Nicolo Zaniolo equalised for Villa with ten minutes to go. Tomas Soucek thought he had won it for West Ham but after an eight minute VAR check, the goal was ruled out and forced West Ham to settle for a 1 - 1 draw.

Alexander Isak’s first penalty in the sixth minute gave Newcastle the early lead, but goals from Antonio and Kudus gave West Ham the lead at the halftime whistle. Just three minutes into the second half, Bowen grabbed a goal to give West Ham the 3 - 1 lead, but another penalty from Isak and a brace from Harvey Barnes gave Newcastle the 4 - 3 win over The Hammers despite Anthony Gordon’s late red card.

The visit from rivals Tottenham saw Spurs take an early lead. Brennan Johnson opened the scoring in the fifth minute but Kurt Zouma equalised before the 20 minute mark. Neither side could find the back of the net again and had to settle for a 1 - 1 draw.

The last time out for West Ham was against Wolves. A penalty from Pablo Sarabia gave Wolves the lead at halftime, but a penalty from Lucas Paqueta and an 84th minute goal from James Ward-Prowse gave West Ham the 2 - 1 win.

In their last five games in all competitions, Fulham have one win, one draw and three losses.

The trip to the Molineux saw Fulham on the scoresheet late. Rayan Ait-Nouri opened the scoring early in the second half for Wolves and an own goal from Tom Cairney doubled the lead. Alex Iwobi did score in the 98th minute, but it wasn’t enough as Fulham slumped to a 2 - 1 loss.

Fulham bounced back next time out against Tottenham in a big win. For the first time since 2008, Fulham beat Tottenham at Craven Cottage as a brace from Rodrigo Muniz and a goal from Sasa Lukic gave The Cottagers the 3 - 0 win.

The visit to Bramall Lane saw Ben Brereton Diaz open the scoring for Sheffield United but Joao Palhinha equalised within four minutes. However, another goal from Diaz and Oli McBurnie gave The Blades the 3 - 1 lead with 20 minutes to go. A late goal from Bobby De Cordova-Reid and an even later goal from Muniz rescued a 3 - 3 draw for Fulham.

Fulham found themselves 3 - 0 down at halftime against Nottingham Forest, with Callum Hudson-Odoi, Chris Wood and Morgan Gibss-White all on the scoresheet. Tosin Adarabioyo did get Fulham in the game just minutes into the second half, but The Cottagers were unable to find the back of the net and suffered a 3 - 1 loss.

The most recent outing for Fulham was against Newcastle. Bruno Guimaraes scored the only goal of the game in the 81st minute to give Newcastle the 1 - 0 win.

FlashPicks Prediction

West Ham have had some surprise defeats this season, but they’re likely to pick up a big win against Fulham, though both sides will be on the scoresheet. West Ham 2-1 Fulham
