College basketball betting is as much about know who you don’t like as it is knowing who you do like. Marshall is one of the teams this year you can take the the bank betting against. With a 1-8 conference record and an abysmal 5-15 record against the spread, they are statistically one of the worst teams to bet on this year.

Charlotte is putting together a respectable season and has a good, experienced lineup. Marshall will be on the road for the second game in a row where Charlotte has been home this month. To put the final nail in the coffin, Marshall is 1-8 against the spread away from home. Lock this one in.

UC Irvine has played excellent defensive ball this year. The competition is not exactly top notch in the Big West Conference, but they were tested earlier in the season against USC and only gave up 66 points away from home.

I don’t have to tell all of you how the CSU Northridge offensive runs through the guard pair Wright and Hardy, and Irvine has the length to neutralize them. The more this turns into a blowout, the better the under looks, so I’m hoping for an early effort from Irvine that shuts the door.
