I have been preaching this for a couple weeks now. Week 0-1 of college football is all about the unknown vs the known. What we know is that Michigan State is returning 72% of its production from last year while Western Michigan has a lot of unknowns, only 45% of last year's production which ranks 125th out of 131 teams (per ESPN). Western Michigan lost 3 of the top 4 WRs from last year and now they have Jack Salopek leading at QB with 5 career pass attempts. This new offensive personnel is going against the Spartans who are returning 7 of their best defensive starters from last year. A great defense that had 42 sacks last year and kept them competitive/won games, I really don't think the Broncos will get in the endzone twice. As far as MSU on the offensive side of the ball, their missing Kenneth Walker at running back(NFL) but got some good transfers in Jarak Broussard from Colorado and Jalen Berger from Wisconsin. Western Michigan struggled containing the run giving up 4.5 yards on the ground and now without 2 of their best d-lineman from last year. Michigan State at Home should dominate from start to finish.
Bet Responsibly.
