@KeepTheJuice21 Thursday Night MLB Pick - 7/21

San Francisco Giants (48-43) @ Los Angeles Dodgers (60-30)

Another prime-time game, another over. There’s a lot to love about this games over, starting with the unusually low number. For two of the highest scoring offenses in the game (2nd and 5th in fact), getting this low of a total is unusual. A big part of it is the all-star Giants starter Carlos Rodon, who has a 2.66 ERA over 105 innings pitched. He’s been very tough to hit and has done well against the best teams. But the Dodgers are seeing him for the 3 rd time this season now. It’s no guarantee but the skill level of these hitters now that the roster is healthy is too good to ignore.

On the other side, Mitch White is not a typical starter but he’s serviceable. In his short career he’s been solid but not much of a challenge for the hot Giants hitters. In general, coming off a break I expect everyone to be more focused. These players know they are in the back half now and this is when real moves are made. The prime-time slot and the division rival only adds juice.

You know the MLB is giving these guys the juiced balls tonight.
