SUBSCRIBE TODAYTonight we will be targeting this Clippers v Pelicans game & look specifically at Westbrook in what looks like a game tailored for his favorite way to play as New Orleans will have Murphy or CJ on him who are both negative defenders which only plays to his advantage with the biggest negative defender of them all guarding the paint (JoVal). Herb Jones will be on Kawhi & we can only hope he does somewhat of a good job just enough to slow him down so he does not completely ball hog & Westbrook can get a few extra touches we saw Westbrook put up 24 LG W/O PG13 & I am expecting teams to look at doubling Kawhi a lot more & would not be surprised if teams forced 34 year old Westbrook to beat them.
New Orleans is allowing the #6 most points per game to #2 options which Westbrook turns into without PG13 as previously stated they are also allowing the #8 most points per game to point guard's last 7 games so positionally they have been bad & they are just bad generally on defense not the Pelicans as a team to be clear just Murphy/CJ & JoVal which is why we are targeting the player they will be forced to guard the most & for JoVal case as he is in the paint & that is where Westbrook scores a majority of his PTS its important to have a poor center when playing Westbrook's props in my opinion. New Orleans is allowing the #13 most fastbreak points per game so for someone like Westbrook who loves to push it and scores a ton in transition this only plays to his advantage I expect him to be looking to push it every opportunity & with JoVal being slow to get back I think he beats him down the court a few times to get some easy baskets we just gotta hope he stays aggressive & can be somewhat efficient in this one maybe hope he hits a 3 that would be nice.
