Being down 3 starters against a formidable opponent like Dallas will be tough to overcome, even if the Knicks have covered the spread 7 times in their last 9 games, winning 8 of them. The oddsmakers have New York as a 4-point underdog here, they have a 8-11 SU record in 19 games when playing in this scenario. One thing that could be a worry moving forward is the three-point shooting – New York has made an average of just 9.7 threes per game in their last 3 outings which ranks 29th in the NBA.
