There are two scenarios here as I see it can play out. If Joel Embiid plays, even at 75%, the Sixers will come in at home with all the energy in the world and they will beat the Heat. If he does not play, which looks like the most likely scenario at this point, things will look a lot different. Knowing they would have a chance to lock up the series at 3-0 without ever seeing Embiid, Miami will have their foot on the gas for 48 minutes. And Miami is one of the best teams in the league at flooring it, all gas no brakes, partially because they have such a deep roster they can cycle in. Again this pick flips with the momentum if Embiid plays but if not were very confident in Miami.
