His back is against the wall down 2-0, media is ripping him to shreds, and back at home. There’s no way I’m not taking Durant here over points.
Boston’s defense is phenomenal, and I’m not sure I have ever seen a team do this solid of a job on KD. Im still trusting the best scorer in the league to put it together tonight and get Brooklyn back into this series. Durant has averaged 29.4 points in 153 career playoff games and 29.9 points this season, so after a few down games we just need him to do what he has always done. He has played 41 min in both games and averaging 20.5 FG attempts, 3.5 3 attempts, and 12.5 free throws. He has shot 30.5% from the field so far in these 2 games as well as 0-10 in the second half of game 2. I’m confident that he shoots better from the field tonight. I think he can get to the 30 point threshold and perhaps produce an instant classic performance.
