This matchup is the battle of the underperformers. Both teams have playoff aspirations but for a number of reasons they have came up short. Tampa holds the home field advantage and this should be an incredibly difficult matchup for a really struggling Rams football team. Even with Tom Brady struggling it never is easy handling him at home. This is a must bounce back spot for the Bucs as they have dropped their last 3 outings prior.

In order for the Bucs to win they must priotize getting the run game moving. They’ve been awful this season at that, If they can get Fournette, and Rashard White involved it will allow the offense to move the ball and put Brady in much more favorable downs. If there was a game for the Bucs to silence the media and get back on track it will have to be this game.

The Rams have had there fair share of struggles as they haven’t been able to move the ball. They also really only have 1 weapon on the offense which has made them extremely predictable and one dimensional. If the Buccanners can minimize Cooper Kupp that will give them an excellent shot at winning this game. With the spread being so close in my eyes this game is going to come down to whoever is able to run the ball more efficiently, manage the clock, and win the turnover battle.
