For this matchup let's not overthink it. The Bills should win this game comfortably on Thanksgiving. For this to even be close the Lions will need to win the turnover battle and force Josh Allen to make mistakes. I just don’t see that being likely especially with how outstanding the Bills performed last outing against the Browns. The Bills are trending upwards and the score in that game wasn’t necessarily indicative on how good the Bills actually played.

Josh Allen’s elbow seems to be healing and we all are aware of how electric he is while healthy, especially under the big lights. The Bills are fighting for playoff positioning while the Lions continue to play hard, however playoffs are not in their fortunes this season.

The Lions will be tasked with trying to stop one of the best offenses in football. They’re young and banged up in the secondary, this will be a great challenge trying to contain Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. Buffalo has shown improvement as well on defense and I really don’t see many scenarios where the Lions are able to keep this game close. With Josh Allen’s healthy and if he protects the football the Bills should cover this line fairly easily.
