Last season, Dalton Schultz had a breakout year where he logged 808 yards on 78 catches. He averaged 47.5 yards per game. He was a top tight end in most fantasy drafts, and after week 1 all looked great. Dalton had 62 yards on 9 targets in week one.
Unfortunately during that game, Dak Prescott injured his thumb and has been out since. Dalton was pretty much a non-factor in this Dallas offense with Rush at the helm, and suffered a knee injury. He was a surprise inactive that week, but he practiced fully this week and is officially off the injury report.
He's Not the only one returning this week, Dak will be back under center. This creates such a terrific buy low situation for Dalton. He has been a top tight end in the league with Dak dating back to last year, is coming into the game healthy, and has a very low line vs a bad defense.
In 5 games, Detroit has allowed 25 catches and 314 yards (62.8 yards per game) to tight ends. Fanduel is hanging a 28.5 line for us, a number a tight end has hit vs the Lions every season game this season. Sign me up!
