NYCFC are the reigning MLS champions and they have been scoring at an absolutely blistering pace recently. This is thanks to players like; Valentin Castellanos leading all scorers, Talles Magno dishing out five assists, and Thiago Andre with four goals. When Lineups are confirmed I will definitely be looking at their lines. I love Castellanos today, but as a rule I do not take anytime goal scorers below +120. I think that value is not worth the risk. He will be close to this number today, so be sure to shop around.
NYCFC have scored 3+ goals in three out of their last four MLS matches. Part of this high scoring pace is aided by playing at home. NYCFC plays on the smallest pitch in all of MLS. This weekend, they host the Columbus Crew, who have recently found finishing form. Early in the season, Columbus couldn't find the back of the net to save their lives. I believe this was partially due to the youth they have been starting at striker. As the season has progressed and players have settled into their roles, things have been looking up for The Crew. Derick Etienne and Lucas Zelarayan lead all Crew players in points contributions. With three goals and four assists each. I love the prices we have been getting on Etienne. When lineups are confirmed, I will be all over his lines for AGS and assist.
With this game being in New York on a small pitch, I love BTTS + o2.5 in this match. The last four head to head matchups in MLS competition have had this result. Dating all the way back to October 18th 2020. I think NYCFC is the better side and they are playing better football. So I have no problem endorsing NYCFC ML + BTTS if you are not afraid of a tie.
