MCbets is heading to Piscataway, NJ to bring you a College Basketball pick on this beautiful Thursday night!

First play of the day is coming to you from Piscataway, NJ and were talking Rutgers hosting Maryland. 

Now, usually I dont dabble with turtles unless they are of the Ninja variety but I couldn't stay away from this one tonight. I LOVE the Terps +5 taking on Rutgers. 

The Scarlet Knights are coming off of upsetting #1 Purdue and are at home so i feel this number is a tad higher than it should be. Big come back to earth moment for Rutgers tonight. 

These teams sport identical 10-4 overall records, both average 72ppg, play at a pace of 67, shoot 45% from the field and 31% from deep. Very similar squads so ill take the two possessions with Maryland and their fans invading the RAC. 

It’s no secret that there is a large Maryland fan base in NJ and they travel well. Expect them yo be loud if the Terps start to make a run and they'll ride it all the way to the finish.
