@Nickthepicker's CFB Week 3: FSU @ Louisville Pick - 9/16

Always nice to have a Friday night game going into the weekend and this is the perfect bounce-back opportunity after going 3-5 last week.

FSU at Louisville.

FSU is 2-0 on the season with wins against Duquesne and LSU. They have had their own share of problems so far this season but overall they're running the ball well with a committee of backs to choose from. The offensive line looks great this year creating holes for running the ball and only giving up 1 sack on the season so far. Jordan Travis QB hasn't jumped off the page statistically but they haven't needed him too and he is managing to offense and has given up the ball at all this season. When under pressure he has gone 18-23 with 13.7 per attempt and 2 TDs. Overall just solid performances on both sides of the ball.

Louisville is 1-1 losing the season opener to Syracuse but bouncing back to win on the road against UCF. Their offense is truly dependent on how far senior Malik Cunningham can take them. He is a freak athlete who has struggled a little bit to throw the ball this season, 353 yards, 0 TD's, and 2 INTs. Their defense/tackling is the real problem for this team as well as coaching. Situational They rank 131st in defending the rushing success. 

My prediction is that FSU can and will run the ball on this Louisville defense, controlling the flow of the game and the clock. FSU has the ability to get after the QB even without blitzing.

FSU covers the -2.5 and continues to be undefeated this year.
