Anytime we can target Mike Minor for a hitting prop we do it. It's just science, or Math, i think. Minor is carrying a whopping 15.1% Barrel/BBE rate so for a guy who pitches to contact (80% to RHB) we're going to get some hits. Not only are we looking at hits, we're talking power to the righties. Minor is pitching to a .446 ISO so theres a good chance ol' Samsonite, er Swanson, clears this with one swing. If he doesn't however, he's penciled in at the top of the order, on the road, so a good chance for a fifth AB if we need it.
MCbets' +629 Total Bases Parlay - 7/1
Dansby Swanson o1.5 Total Bases (Braves)
Brendan Rodgers o1.5 Total Bases (Rockies)
What if I told you there is a hitter with 17 XBH on the season vs RHP, going up against a pitcher who's given up 13 XBH to RHB AND this game is being played in Coors Field? Mix in the fact that Rodgers is 4/7 lifetime vs Kelly and we have ourselves a beautiful 2nd leg. Rodgers is feeling it recently going over this line in 7/L10 including three straight.
Freddie Freeman o1.5 Total Bases (Dodgers)
Now that we're two legs down basically sweat free, we turn our attention out west and Mr. Freeman. In his last 10 Freeman has cleared the line 6 times and with very similar ISO and BA numbers vs Lefties and righties what jumps out is his his 81% contact rate against Snell's pitches. Combine that with a .391 BABIP and we're going to get some hard hit balls in play, which usually turn out to be hits.
Thats a lot of numbers and percentages, I feel like Will Ferrell in Old School at the podium, i blacked out but we're going to come to with some green in our pockets!!
