Ravens vs. Browns - Fanatics Promo: Get Up to $100 Back in FanCash If Your Bet Loses

The Baltimore Ravens are coming off a brutal 41-40 road loss to the Buffalo Bills, coughing up a big fourth-quarter lead. To give you an idea of how strange the outcome was, NFL Research reports that teams scoring 40 or more points and rushing for 235 or more yards (as the Ravens did) were 277-0 in league history prior to Sunday,

Oddsmakers seem willing to forgive. Playing a Cleveland Browns team led by 40-something quarterback Joe Flacco, they are a 12.5 point favorite. But how much of a hangover they have from the Bills game will determine how generous that spread is.

You can boost the excitement of this contest if you get in on the action at Fanatics. You can receive up to $100 back in FanCash even if your bet loses. There is no promo code required to bet on the game using the “No Sweat Bet.”

WHAT TO WATCH FOR IN CLEVELAND VS. BALTIMORE:

The Browns defense was tough on opening day against Cincinnati, one of the league’s top offenses. They gave up only 7 yards in the second half, with Bengals QB Joe Burrow winding up with just 113 yards passing in 141 yards of total offense.

Highly paid Bengals receivers Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins also struggled. Chase had only two receptions for 26 yards and Higgins had three receptions for 33 yards.

If it wasn’t for a missed extra point and field goal by the Browns, they might have pulled the upset. Their defense is that good.

Veteran Joe Flacco was 31 of 45 for 290 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions for the Browns, as he led his team to 327 yards of total offense. But he’s -380 to do that again.

The Ravens will have to shake off the disappointment of their opening day loss, and they certainly have the weapons to do so. Quarterback Lamar Jackson had three total touchdowns in the opener, and top running back Derrick Henry (-220 to go over 80 yards in this one, a real steal) had two rushing TDs. Add in receiver Zay Flowers, who had 143 yards in receptions, and that’s usually a winning formula.

The Browns can point to history to support their chances of winning this matchup. They upset Baltimore in 2024, winning outright as 7.5-point underdogs. You can bet they’re hoping for that magic to carry over.

Point Spread: Baltimore -11.5 (-115), Cleveland +11.5 (-105)Money Line: Baltimore +550, Cleveland -800Game Total (Over/Under): Baltimore Under 45.5 (-116), Cleveland Over 45.5 (-105)

Odds and Upcoming NFL Schedule

New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys. The Giants teased fans by going undefeated in the pre-season. Then reality struck on opening day, and it already feels like it’s going to be a long season in New York. Quarterback Russell Wilson is feeling the heat after just one game, and the shouting match between receiver Malik Nabers and head coach Brian Daboll doesn’t augur well for team unity.

The Giants haven’t won since 2021 against the Cowboys, and haven’t beaten the Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott, since 2016. The Cowboys will be revved up for their home opener, so it’s looking grim for fans of Big Blue.

Point Spread: Dallas -4.5 (-110), New York +4.5 (-110)

Money Line: Dallas -225, New York+185

Game Total (Over/Under): Dallas Under 44.5 (-110), New York Over 44.5 (-110)

New England Patriots vs. Miami Dolphins. It’s already looking like these two teams will be among the NFL dregs this year. There’s already rumbles that Miami head coach Mike McDaniel won’t survive the season. The Patriots have their own worries, as prospective franchise quarterback Drake Maye struggled in their opener.

Point Spread: Miami -1.5 (+100)

Money Line: Miami -118, New England -102

Game Total (Over/Under): Miami Under 43.5 (-115), New England Over 43.5 (-105)

Sunday Night Football has the Atlanta Falcons vs. the Minnesota Vikings. Behind quarterback Michael Penix Jr., Atlanta played tougher than expected against Tampa Bay last week, losing by just a field goal. Minnesota is feeling much better about its chances after it made a strong comeback behind redshirt rookie J.J. McCarthy.

Moneyline: Minnesota -170, Atlanta +142

Spread: Minnesota -3 (-115), Atlanta +3 (-105)

Over/Under: Minnesota Under 44.5 (-110), Atlanta Over 44.5 (-110)

Monday Night Football has the Los Angeles Chargers visiting the Las Vegas Raiders. The Chargers eked out an opening day win against the tough Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL’s annual Brazil game, while the Raiders slapped around a weak New England Patriots team. The Chargers should win, although Raiders quarterback Geno Smith might make it close

Moneyline: Los Angeles -180, Las Vegas +150

Spread: Los Angeles +3 (+102), Las Vegas -3 (-122)

Over/Under: Los Angeles Over 46.5 (-108), Las Vegas Under 46.5 (-112)

New York Jets vs. Buffalo Bills. Buffalo is a Super Bowl favorite, while the Jets will likely struggle to hit .500, as their ground and pound offense can’t control the game if the other side keeps scoring. Buffalo had a comeback for the ages in their last game vs. the Baltimore Ravens, and Josh Allen is among the top QBs in the NFL, as he proved with an amazing comeback win in his team’s opener.

Moneyline: Buffalo -310, New York +250

Spread: Buffalo -6.5 (-115), New York +6.5 (-105)

Over/Under: Buffalo over 46.5 (-110), New York Under 46.5 (-110)
