Young Brady Singer did NOT have a proper Spring Training because of his low participation in the World Baseball Classic. He only pitched two innings the entire time and missed key Spring Training games. In Spring Training, he only got up to 68 pitches in his last start with only 24 pitches the game before. All that to say, he shouldn't see more than around 80 pitches today which will be in our favor.

Despite the low volume in Spring Training he did pitch well allowing no more than 1 run in each start. He also has good history vs most of the batters he'll see today. He allowed 0 runs in 6 innings pitched his first game vs the Blue Jays and 3 ER the second time. However, those 3 runs came from players who aren't on the Jays anymore and 2 were solo shots. On top of all of that, we have solid weather giving us a 32% downtick for home runs.

Give me the under for Singer who will look for a clean season start on a slight pitch count.
