Capper Penguin's MLB Saturday Play of the Day #2: Brewers @ Padres - 4/15

Capper Penguin is taking on Saturday's MLB slate with a pitcher on a hot streak.

The Milwaukee Brewers have their best pitcher going (at least to start the season) vs a San Diego Padres team that hasn’t been able to put up a lot of runs in recent games (11 runs in 5 games). Freddy Peralta has only allowed 1 run in 12 innings of work vs a tough Cardinals and Mets lineup covering this line easily in both games. He has even better matchup history today especially compared to Lugo. As a majority, Lugo has struggled vs a lot of guys he’ll see today and the Padres have been struggling in general losing their last 4 of 5 first half’s.

They have covered this line in both games this series already and I love that we’re getting a 0.5 run line cushion.
