Joan Adon just went under this line with only 3 strikeouts vs. the same team and I don’t see why anything will be different this time around. He even pitched a 6 inning gem vs. them allowing just 3 hits but only managed 3 strikeouts. Imagine if they get some runs and more hits vs. him to force a shorter start.
He’s only had 3 or less strikeouts in every single game this year besides one game where he had 7 at Cincinnati. Out of the 38 plate appearances that the Marlins batters have ever had vs. him they’ve only struck out 5 times total. The Marlins K the 5th least in the MLB and I expect them to get some hits vs. him while avoiding the strikeout.
