We have two spots for strikeouts today that have hit consistently recently. Looking at you Glasnow and Burnes.
Tyler Glasnow has gone for 7+ K’s in secen straight games. Thats a very solid sample size and the books have his listed at 7.5. Figures. However. He’s facing the Yankees tonight and they just struck out 18 (!!!) times last night. He’s over that 7.5 in 5/6 so if you’re a “buy the hook for a parlay” guy or gal then 7+ is a good buy.
Corbin Burnes has gone over 5.5 K’s in 5 straight. Still on FD at (-154) other books have bumped this to 6.5 K’s. Now, the Nats have a sub-20% K rate vs RHP this season so this bump may be just what the books want. Projections still lean the over on 6.5. Tough spot here so again, a 5+ K’s in a parlay may be the way to go if you enjoy SGP style bets!
