Austin's Play of the Day for Friday's NBA Grudge Match between the Knicks & Hawks is ready for action!

We have a massive NBA slate with multiple different approaches we could take. We look to bounce back after a pathetic performance from Portland last night. For this slate I’m loving this spot for the Knicks on the road.

New York dropped both games prior to Atlanta at home and I don’t think it’s likely they lose 3 games straight. These two teams match up extremely well and the main reason I love this spot is specifically because the Knicks are one of the best road NBA teams this season currently sitting 16-6 against the spread. They play their best basketball on the road, and for Atlanta it’s extremely difficult beating a team 3 games straight especially with talent levels being so similar.

Looking at the injury report NY will be missing starting center Mitchell Robinson which isn’t the biggest loss as they have some depth still however not ideal. Atlanta could be without Trae Young and Bogdan Bogdanovic which if that’s the case this line will shift by multiple points. Either way this is a great spot for NY who have dropped their last two and desperately need a bounce back win tonight.

Give me the Knicks +3 and I will be sprinkling the moneyline as well.
