This line is straight up too low for Sandy who's normal line should be at 20.5 and I don't think the Giants should be the team to hold this line down. Sandy had a high quality start last game until he gave up 3 runs in the EIGHTH inning to finally get taken out after 23 outs. In the game before he went 25 outs, almost lasting the entire game.
The Marlin's ace is finally getting some quality starts and the trend should continue vs a San Francisco squad who hasn't really threatened him in the past. He has good batter/pitcher matchups and should be able to hold them down in what might be a pitchers' duel vs DeSclafani.
