Clint Capela is slowly getting more and more time as the playoffs are right around the corner.
He’s now seen 25+ minutes in his last 5 games and averaging 14.6 points and 13.8 rebounds. The main concern tonight with this play is going against a tough Jarrett Allen matchup and the Cavaliers. However, Jarrett Allen isn’t playing and Centers have been playing great vs them when he’s out. I’m expecting Trae Young to exploit this well like he did vs them last time Jarrett Allen was out. It wasn’t the same Cavs squad but Capela went for 12 and 14 in just 23 minutes.
