MCbets' +850 Wildcard Wednesday NHL Parlay - 3/15

With March Madness kicking off tomorrow (no offense to the first four) and a steady dose of frustrating NBA games, I'm taking Wild Card Wednesday to the ice. We have two Nationally televised NHL games on TNT tonight,  and you know that Rule 43 states when there are games you dont ordinarily get to watch, you need to have action on them.

I didnt write the book, I just follow the rules. 

For this one I'm teaming up with great hockey mind and all around stud Jonny Lazarus. Been all up in each others DMs about this one. For the kickoff game we're all in on the OVER 6.5 goals for the Maple Leafs/Avalanche. Two offensive power houses should show out on the national stage and give the fans what they want. GOALS. Now, with goals comes SHOTS! (shots shots shots shots).

We're looking at you Auston, Nate and Cale (not the leafy green). So Matthews and MacKinnon lines are set at 4.5 and we'll take them for 4+ on FD. These lines can get bumped on star players so no need to get hooked on this beauty. We're actually looking at Cale Makar to go over his shot prop of 2.5. Over the L10 TOR is allowing only 7 shots per game to the defense position, but with Makar's on ice volume and PP prowess we feel this is a nice spot for the former Norris winner.

In the nightcap we're not getting silly, just taking the Minnesota Wild to win straight up at -152 (at time of writing). A road fav, the Wild sport a 17-11 record outside the State of Hockey while the Blues are only rocking with a 14-15 record at home. Minnesota is strong defensively only allowing 2.6 GPG, good for 2nd in the entire league and with a clear advantage between the pipes let the Wild take us home tonight.
