The Blue Jackets have allowed 28 42, and 37 shots on goal in their first 3 games on the season. Flames have shot the puck on goal 36, 40, and 36 times in their last 3 games. We can assume they'll be throwing the puck on net again it's just the matter of who. Backlund should be pretty locked in for 2+ as he's not only averaged 3.5 shots on goal this season but had 5 both times vs the CBJ last season. They’re also allowing the 8th most to centers!
The main hurdle for this play will be Andersson for 2+. BUT the Blue Jackets allow the 2nd most shots on goal to defensemen and he killed them last year. He had 3 and 6 vs them in their two matchups. He's also had 3, 3 and 4 in his last 3 games which is why I'll be taking his 3+ as a 🪜 as well.
