We’re 2-1, +2.59 Units on 2-Leg Bankroll Builders this week & 1-0 when we publish them on FlashPicks. Feels like a no brainer. Let’s run it back!
Here’s a play I trust to move us to 3-1 with these on the week.

If it ain’t broke. Don’t fix it! Barkov delivered an easy cash for the FlashPicks Fam on Monday. Why not run it back at the same line and price?
Monday’s 4 SOG performance brought Barkov to 17-3 (85%) vs. this 2.5 SOG line in 20 career playoff games. In home playoff games, it’s 9-1 (90%) and 2-0 this series.
Including regular season, betting the over on his 2.5 line is 5-0 vs. Washington this year.
Series deadlocked at 2. Pivotal game 5. Back home. Say less. I= with the Panthers’ captain again for Leg 1.
For Leg 2, the data suggests we should target a Calgary Flames player. As a team, they’re averaging 37.5 SOG per game in the series and significantly outplaying Dallas. Yet the series is deadlocked at 2-2.
Dallas can thank their goaltender, Jake Oettinger, for keeping the series tied. He’s been a brick wall between the pipes, and books hanging his saves prop line at 29.5 for Game 5 is really tempting. It’s like they’re begging me to add it to this parlay. He covered by the 2nd period last game and had 39+ saves in 2 straight. Given the reasonable -125 price though I prefer to play it as a single today.
For our parlay, I want to target a Flames player to get 3+ SOG. And of the options — it feels like an easy choice. For Leg 2: I’m backing #13 Johnny Gaudreau, aka Johnny Hockey, to get 3+ shots.
He’s coming off two straight 5+ SOG games, but that’s not why we’re backing him. We’re backing Johnny because the man is highly motivated to secure the bag — and not just a Stanley Cup championship.
He’s a pending unrestricted free agent and due for a big pay day in the offseason. But to get it, he needs to prove what he’s made of in a playoff environment. Player performance isn’t graded off shots on goal, but when actual goal scoring is hard to come by (due to Oettinger’s goaltending performance), shots on goal certainly don’t hurt. And Johnny seems to realize this, because he’s shooting like a mad man.
On the series this prop is just 2-2, but Game 3 was a fluke result. He attempted 11 shots that day, but only 2 hit the net. A very bizarre result that I don’t expect to repeat.
The only negative I’m seeing is that this for the late game, and as an East Coaster — I’d prefer an early cash that sends us riding off into the sunset. But for the price, I’m willing to compromise and ride off into the moonlight.
