We have been attacking the ice very well as of late. Now that we have a sample size to see how teams are performing paired with schedule spots we can actually use these numbers from this season to help us make a good read. We have a lot of back to backs on Sunday and I think there is a great price on Fanduel.

The NY Rangers are 3-2 this season and have just dropped a game to the Sharks at home in overtime. This Rangers team is very good, especially at home. I do not expect them to drop another home game in a row to Columbus who will be playing a back to back vs. Pittsburgh. The Blue Jackets are 0-2 on the road and even though they have a few wins this season at home, their expected goal % is 25th in the league. They should be starting Tarasov in the crease since Merzilikins is playing Saturday night, but even if Merz is in net he will be tired from the night before. Tarasov is 0-2 this season with 4 goals allowed and 5 goals allowed in both games.

The Rangers should have Shesterkin in the crease who is the reigning Vezina winner which is the award for best goalie in the league. The Rangers are ranked 9th in expected goal % in the league and they are at home with the best goalie in the league. Pair that with the Blue Jackets coming in on a back to back and they should be tired and commit penalties. This Rangers power play should feast in this game.
