Atomic’s NBA Playoffs Best Bet: Grizzlies @ Lakers - 4/24

Atomic has his sights set on an Unders snipe in Game 4 of the Memphis vs. LA NBA Playoff series.

Targeting this Schroeder under because he has gone under this line in his 3/3 games against Memphis in the series attempting just 6,5,3 field goals in the 3 games with his most (6) coming last game so if anything we can expect some regression to a even lower number it is just tough for him to really get going with so many other players getting USG over him Davis, Russell, Reaves, Rui, Lebron all over him in the pecking order. Memphis is also positionally good at stopping PG's allowing the #7 fewest points per game to point guards compared to their averages in the L30 days. Memphis is #3 drtg so they just have an amazing team defense they also allow the #7 fewest points in the paint where Dennis does most of his damage we all know JJJ is always lurking & they tend to force the passes outside as opposed to the easier shots in the paint that Dennis obviously benefits from.

All of this combined with his low minutes 24,20,16 make me lean towards this under & similar to Brunson/RJ if he has a really efficient game I will likely go back to him at 1U in the next one as it is unlikely he has 2 efficient shooting games in a row especially against a tough defense we have seen him struggle against. The pace of this game will be a bit worrying but we have had 3 previous sample games & it isn't like Dennis is seeing a crazy amount of attempts & not converting he shot 50% LG and still went under on his most field goal attempts so that should tell you all you need to know.
