@AustinsProps' NBA Monday Play of the Day - 1/23

Austin's got a Play of the Day for Monday's NBA action as the Timberwolves visit the Rockets - check it out below!

Looking at today’s board for game lines there's only a few spots I really see playable. This is by far my favorite look for the card as I think Minnesota gets after Houston today to sweep the 4 game series. Minnesota are road favorites tonight, and I typically don’t love laying points with road favorites however with the Rockets lack of talent, and missing Kevin Porter Jr & Jabari Smith Jr. I think this is an excellent spot to hammer.

This Timberwolves team has dominated the Rockets this season and I think it’s likely we see this again. The Wolves have completely blanketed Jalen Green, and with his lack of scoring against them I don’t see Houston having the personnel to keep this game competitive. Looking at MIN they could be without Rudy Gobert tonight, but even with that being a possibility I still don’t think it changes the outcome of this matchup.

I’m keeping it simple with this play, give me the Timberwolves -5.5.
