@AustinsProps' NBA Monday Play of the Day - 1/9

We go into tonight’s NBA slate with 6 games tipping off. Looking into the slate this matchup is what stood out to me as we get the Bucks as a 1 point underdog, which basically is a pickem. This will be likely the game of the night as the Knicks are coming off a 4 game win streak currently. This has been impressive and should be noted, however the quality of opponent isn’t as impressive as they beat the Rockets, Spurs, Raptors who have lost 8 of their last 9 home games, and the Suns who have looked terrible. The Bucks have won both the last matchups and I see this happening again.

Giannis has absolutely destroyed this Knicks team in prior matchups and we likely will see this again tonight. This is a better basketball team and If they can play through Giannis and minimize Julius Randle I think they come into the Madison Square Garden and sweep the Knicks on the series.

It’s also worth noting that Jrue Holiday is no longer on the injury report and should be good to go. RJ Barrett for the Knicks is questionable, but seems likely that he will not play.
