Full transparency I got this line at +170 as I took it last night.

This line has sense shifted however I think there is still a ton of value and it’s worth sprinkling. Clippers have performed better on the road and take on a Portland team who has struggled to score as of recent. Portland is 4-4 at home this season while the Clippers are 5-4 on the road this season. Both teams are banged up and are missing their best players as Lillard, PG, and Kawhi are all expected to be out.

This matchup is enticing as I think the Clippers matchup really well with Portland. They have multiple long wings who will be tasked with slowing down Anfernee Simons, and he’s had some consistency struggles as of late. If Simons struggles Portland has shown they simply won’t win. The Clippers also seem to always over perform expectations when they are without PG and I expect that to happen tonight. This line in my opinion should be a Pickem game so for that reason I have to jump on a +145 line.

I see this being a tight low scoring outing. I think both offenses struggle however I think it’s a better spot for LAC as I’m not sold on POR if the Clippers contain Simons. We’ve nailed our last two picks, let’s keep that momentum going tonight!
