AustinsProps went 8-1 on his NBA picks last night and now he's got a pick for tonight's 76ers v Hornets game!

For this play we’re taking a different approach. Both teams are banged up with multiple different guys trying to prove themselves. This game should be a fast paced game with multiple guys who shoot the 3 ball well on each team. The 76ers are coming off a game where they just shot 16-32 behind the 3pt line. If they even shoot remotely close to this they will soar over this line of 214.5.

Both teams seem to be moving at a faster pace with both lineups missing players. In this matchup the teams combine for 218.5 points per game. This line is obviously lower because of the absences of LaMelo Ball, Joel Embiid, James Harden, and Tyrese Maxey which is understandable, however there is much less isolation being played and alot more pushing the tempo.

This line has the Hornets -5 meaning the game should stay close and competitive for all 4 quarters. If the game remains close I think we should be in an excellent position to cover this line. What makes this line appealing is watching how the sixers played against the Nets yesterday. We saw a countless amount of drives and then kicks for wide open 3s and I think this matches up excellent against a Hornets team who wants to get out and run.
