Capper Penguin's Monday NBA Pick: 76ers @ Nuggets - 3/27

No Embiid to bet on, no problem. Capper Penguin's found a spot we can pivot with.

Since Joel Embiid is dodging the Joker in a key MVP race matchup I’ve been trying to find value in this game and I may have found a good spot.

Each game James Harden plays without Embiid each opposing big man/forward has a great game all around. Mainly because Paul Reed doesn’t pick up Embiid’s defensive presence. On top of that, I’m expecting Joker to get more attention than normal considering he facilitates more at home and Philly may double him to get the ball out of his hands. The direct benefactor should be Aaron Gordon who is in a great buy low spot who should do well with Philly’s lack of paint presence. He’s still averaging a nice 25.8 PRA per game on the year.
