Kelly Oubre has been popping off since LaMelo got hurt dropping 24+ in his last 5 of 6 games.
There are two reasons for this. One, LaMelo’s injury has given him the opportunity for more playing time as he’s averaging an uptick in the last 6 games for an average of 37.33 minutes per game (averages 32.7 on season). Second, his contract expires at the end of the season and this is his shot at a payday.
I respect him taking full advantage and I’m betting he’ll drop 24+ for the 6th game vs a team he had 34 against earlier this season.
