Looking at today’s NBA slate we have 13 games to pick and choose from and this game is going to be one I target personally. The Clippers I don’t trust at all, especially with the absences of Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, and Luke Kennard. These are key pieces who are out which leaves guys like Amir Coffey, and Terrence Mann forced into starting roles. Denver is healthier however Jokic is listed as probable which is the main reason this line is only -3.5. It’s likely he does play and if he does this Nuggets team should be able to beat a brutally banged up Clippers roster.

Both teams are performing as we expected so far as the Nuggets sit 11-7, while the Clippers currently sit 11-8. When healthy these teams match up really well with eachother, however the Nuggets are just better and I look for Jokic if playing to have a monster game tonight.

Looking at home vs away splits, the Nuggets currently are 7-5 on the road, while the Clippers sit 6-4 at home. Another thing to note is the Clippers have been one of the worst offensive teams in the league currently sitting 30th in points per game, and 28th in offensive efficiency rating. They will be missing there best player in Paul George and they already are struggling to score with him. This is a really tough matchup with all the injuries and I think the Nuggets have all the arrows pointing in there direction to win this game comfortably.
